Moya Andrews, originally from Queensland, Australia, served as Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculties at Indiana University until 2004. In the same year, Moya began hosting Focus on Flowers for WFIU. In addition, Moya does interviews for Profiles, is a member of the Bloomington Hospital Board, and authored Perennials Short and Tall from Indiana University Press.
Cory Barker is a senior IU student from Hartford City, Indiana. He is double majoring in journalism and communication and culture with a minor in business and hopes to attend graduate school to focus on television studies.
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Eoban Binder came to Bloomington in 2004 to get his Telecommunications B.A. from Indiana University. He began working at WFIU in 2008 as Web Producer for the station itself and for Voices and Visions: Islam and Muslims from a Global Perspective. Eoban's interests include music of all kinds, his dog, technology, politics and traveling.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Joe Bourne moved to Bloomington in 1984 to work at WFIU. As Jazz Director, Joe produces and hosts Just You & Me, and interviews local and national guests for the broadcast. In addition, he has produced jazz specials devoted to the lives and music of Jelly Roll Morton, Louis Armstrong, and other jazz greats. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and family, going to car shows, and listening to music.
Born in Santa Rosa, California, Cary Boyce relocated to Bloomington in January of 1989. Previously, Cary has worked as Operations Director, Program Production Manager, Multimedia Projects Director, and Promotions and Marketing Director. Currently, Cary oversees operations and technical support for WFIU, and facilitates several program, production, and marketing initiatives within the station. Cary’s interests include working with his new music production company, Aguava, where he sings, composes, and occasional conducts.
Born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Christopher Citro is a candidate in the MFA and English MA programs at Indiana University. He began co-hosting The Poets Weave, in the spring of 2009. He also Associate Editor of Lyric Poetry Review and Associate Poetry Editor for Indiana Review.
Born in Bowling Green, Ohio, Annie Corrigan moved to Bloomington in 2003, joining WFIU as an announcer in 2004. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from Bowling Green State University, and her Masters at Indiana University, where she is also currently working on her Doctorate in Oboe Performance. Annie enjoys running, performing music, and exploring Bloomington’s diverse local arts scene.
Born and raised in Bloomington, Brian has worked as an Account Executive at both the Herald Times and Yellow Book, joining WFIU in November of 2005. Currently, Brian works in Corporate Development, doing underwriting, production support, and corporate support sales. Brian’s interests include fishing, gardening, and playing with his boxer, Duke.

The fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses they found there just tasted better. Soon they were only setting foot in the grocery store for olive oil, salt, and local beer and wine. Patricia and John eat seasonally and offer recipes, local food commentary, and farmers’ market information daily at CookLocal.com.
Born in Oxnard, California, Clifford came to Bloomington in 2005. Currently, Clifford is a student at the Jacobs School of Music, studying music composition. He joined WFIU in May 2007, working as an announcer, broadcast assistant, and Ether Game scriptwriter. Clifford has a broad set of interests, including literature, art, philosophy and film.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Don Glass has worked in public radio since 1966. From 1970 to 1990 he served as Program Manager for WFIU, becoming Special Projects Director and Senior Producer from 1990 to 2005. He has retired from fulltime employment at the University, but continues to host and produce A Moment of Science. He enjoys working with A Moment of Science and learning fascinating new facts.
Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Bernard Gordillo was raised in New Orleans. In 2004, he moved to Bloomington to obtain his Masters in Music at Indiana University. Bernard started working at WFIU in June of 2006 as a programmer and scriptwriter for Harmonia. In addition, Bernard also announces and writes for the Harmonia Early Music Podcast.
Born in Oklahoma, Milt Hamburger relocated to Bloomington in 1967. He received his BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and School of Design, and his MFA from Indiana University. In 1972, Milt began working with WFIU, and currently serves as the station’s Director of Art and Graphics. Milt enjoys being outdoors, gardening, and furniture restoration.

Bradley Howard is originally from Whitesville, Kentucky, came to Bloomington in January of 1969. Over the years he has worked as a Television Engineer, Transmitter and Remote Supervisor, and Assistant Chief Engineer. Currently, Bradley is the Director of Operations and Engineering at WFIU and WTIU. In his down time, Bradley enjoys gardening, golfing, and camping.
Stan Jastrzebski came to WFIU in June of 2008, following time as a reporter with WGN in Chicago and as an editor at Network Indiana, an Indianapolis news service. Stan is the winner of awards from the Associated Press, the Radio-Television News Director's Association, the Indiana Broadcasters Association and the Society of Professional Journalists. He regularly hosts WFIU's Ask the Mayor and Noon Edition programs, as well as anchoring Morning Edition on Wednesdays.

Born in Burley, Idaho, LuAnn Johnson moved to Bloomington in 2001. She obtained her B.A. in English at Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts and her M.A. in Folk Studies at Western Kentucky University. LuAnn joined WFIU in August of 2001, and currently serves as a producer of The Poets Weave and as production/broadcast assistant for Harmonia, Focus on Flowers, and Profiles. LuAnn’s interests include poetry, quilting, and gardening.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Jenny Kander moved to Bloomington in 1992. She received a Masters degree from the University of South Africa, and practiced as a grief counselor for 25 years before retiring in 1994 to focus on writing poetry. In 1999, Jenny began presenting The Poets Weave for WFIU. In her free time, Jenny enjoys writing, gardening, and knitting.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Nancy Krueger moved to Bloomington in 1980. She works closely with the IU Alumni Association, Bloomington Area Arts Council, and IU Art Museum. In 2007, Nancy began working as a Major Gifts and Grants Officer for IU Radio/TV, raising money, working with donors, and writing grants. Nancy is also active in the south central Indiana arts community, and enjoys both reading and traveling in her free time.
Raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Yael Ksander holds a MFA in painting from Indiana University, an M.A. in art history from Columbia University, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. She joined WFIU in 2000, where she hosts music and talk programs, and produces audio features on musicians and arts for Artworks. In addition, Yael works on A Moment of Science and A Moment of Indiana History. She enjoys getting to know listeners who submit commentaries for Speak Your Mind.

Originally from Perth, Australia, Christina Kuzmych moved to Bloomington in 1971. Christina has worked previously in public broadcasting as Program Director, Music Director, and Music Librarian. In 1984, she started at WFIU, where she is currently the Station Manager. Christina’s interests include four-wheeling in Colorado, reading, and arts and crafts.
Angela Mariani, originally from Ludlow, Massachusetts, first moved to Bloomington in 1987, however she currently resides in Texas. Angela started working at WFIU in 1989, creating Harmonia in 1991, which she still hosts today. In addition, Angela works as an Assistant Professor of Musicology and Director of the Collegium Musicum at Texas Tech University. Her interests include reading, yoga, and studying eastern philosophies.
Originally from Northeastern Ohio, Patrick McAleer began working at WFIU in August of 2005. He received his degree from Ohio University, going on to work in human resources, real estate, and business development and sales. He is now involved in Corporate Development, securing funding for WFIU and WTIU productions and programming. In Patrick’s free time, he loves to golf, travel, and enjoy time outdoors.

Born and raised in southeast Australia, Josephine McRobbie moved to Bloomington in 1996. She graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with a B.A. in journalism and sociology. Josephine began working as a Broadcast Assistant at WFIU in 2007, and is currently the Radio Resources Coordinator and an arts reporter and producer.

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Perry Metz arrived at WFIU in 2003. He obtained his A.B. in Political Science and Journalism, and A.M. in Communication Management from Indiana University. Currently, Perry is the General Manger of WFIU and WTIU. He enjoys traveling, working out, and listening to jazz music.
Michael Paskash WFIU Studio Engineer and Technical Producer
Born in Gary, Indiana, Michael Paskash first moved to Bloomington in 1973. He received his Associate in Science in Audio Technology and his Bachelor in Science from Indiana University. David joined WFIU in 1996, and currently serves as Studio Engineer and Technical Producer. In his free time, David enjoys performing, cooking, and carpentry.
Born and raised in Grand Junction Colorado, Arianna moved with her
family to Terre Haute in 1997. In in 2006 she returned to Indiana to earn her degree at Indiana University in political science. Arianna started working at WFIU as a reporter in the summer of 2008. Along with her reporting duties she now produces WFIU's Noon Edition and works as announcer. When not at class or at the station, she can be found reading, working out, camping and teaching dance.
Julia Rhodes was born and raised in Bloomington. She graduated with from IU with a degree in Communication and Culture in 2007. From earliest childhood, she spent hours upon hours in movie stores, choosing and watching as many films as possible—then spent six years working in video stores and five years studying and writing about film. In her spare time she enjoys cooking vegetarian meals and playing with her cats.
Daniel started as WFIU's Assistant News Director in July 2008. He graduated with a B.A. in history in 2007 and earned an M.A. in journalism two years later. Daniel hosts Ask the Mayor weekly and the occasional Noon Edition. He also hosts Morning Edition on Thursdays, sleepily. Daniel's beats include everything News Director Stan Jastrzebski wants him to cover. And it feels strange to type biography of myself in the third person like this. So that's that.
Originally from Bay Village, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, Robert is currently a student in the Recording Arts program at the IU School of Music. He began working at WFIU as a Broadcast Assistant in Fall 2008. Outside of work, Robert enjoys performing and recording music, volunteering as a Big Brother, and reading.
Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Ann Sauder came to Bloomington in 2002 to pursue her Bachelor of Music in Voice at Indiana University, which she received in December of 2005. She will receive her Master of Music in Voice from Indiana University in May 2009. Ann began working with WFIU in 2009 as an associate web producer for Harmonia. In her free time Ann travels the country with her dog, Teddy, seeking all types of music, from bluegrass to opera.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Adam Schweigert moved to Bloomington in 2003. He received his Bachelor of Music in Music Composition, Music Theory and Oboe Performance from Ohio State University, and has completed additional coursework towards a Masters of Music in Composition and Computer Music at Indiana University. Adam began working with WFIU in 2003 as a writer and production assistant, and currently serves as the Director of Multimedia Initiatives. In his free time, he enjoys running, cooking, and being outdoors.
A native of Evansville, Emily Shelton moved to Bloomington in the fall of 2007 to attend Indiana University. She is currently pursuing a major in Telecommunications, along with a minor in Business. Emily began interning at WFIU in the fall of 2008 and later started working as an Assistant Web Producer at the start of 2009. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, watching movies, writing, and candle-lit dinners on the beach.
Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, John Shelton completed courses in electronic communications at Owensboro Community and Technical College prior to joining WFIU in 1989. John is an Assistant Chief Engineer at the station, handling the daily operation and coordination of maintenance and scheduling at WFIU. John also facilitates the training of staff in the use of the station’s analog and digital audio equipment. In his downtime, John enjoys painting, hiking, and collecting Science-Fiction films.
A native of the culturally-rich city of Oaxaca, Mexico, Pablo Vanwoerkom came to the U.S. at the age of 11 to the state of Montana. At Carroll College in Helena, he obtained his B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science, with a minor in Music. He came to Indiana University for the
Music Informatics Master's Program and joined WFIU as a web developer in the Fall of 2007. His interests include audio programming, web development, music, and Argentine tango.

George Walker, born in Winchester, Virginia, came to Bloomington in 1966 for graduate school in Indiana University’s English Department, and began announcing for WFIU in 1967. Currently an On-Air Programming Director, George interviews artists in a wide variety of areas, reviews plays and operas, and supervises on-air performances. In his time away from WFIU, George enjoys reading, exercising, and playing guitar in his local bluegrass band.
Scott Witzke moved to Bloomington in 1996. He received a Masters in Music from Indiana University, a Bachelors in Music from Clayton State University, and a Bachelor in Arts from Millersville University. Scott began working at WFIU as Marketing Director in 2006. He enjoys cooking, swimming, and playing music.
Originally from Leavenworth, Kansas, David Wood moved to Bloomington in 2005. He received his Bachelor of Music from Kansas State University, and his Master of Music from the University of North Texas. He studied ensemble direction at the Jacobs School of Music's Early Music Institute and joined WFIU in 2006 as an announcer. He is currently Music Director and Arts Bureau Chief for the station. David’s interests include running, aikido, iaido, Irish music and language, politics, directing the music at his church, and his beagle, Yankee.
Originally from Greencastle, Indiana, Marianne Woodruff moved to Bloomington in 1984 to complete her Bachelors in Arts in Psychology at Indiana University. In addition, Marianne received her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan. She joined WFIU in 2005 as a Corporate Development Manager, securing financial support from businesses for the station. In her downtime, Marianne enjoys gardening, antiquing, and traveling.
